Chris spent his first chapter in the Air Force, serving six years as a lead firefighter with a deployment to Qatar. After earning his degree in Game Design at Full Sail University, he became a Certified Life Coach. He specializes in habit disruption and goal-setting, using game mechanics to make real-world progress sustainable and rewarding.

Maddie is the Lead Developer and Strategic Director behind the Agency’s digital infrastructure. With a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration, she bridges the gap between high-level architectural code and operational scaling. She ensures the C.Q.C. Framework is a robust, data-driven system built for long-term Agent success.
